Suicide

Suicide affects millions of people all over the world. If someone you love has chosen to complete suicide please know that you are not alone. The grief that accompanies such a loss is different from any other form of grief, often because the survivor is left with unanswered questions. In addition to common grief responses such as sadness and shock, you may also be struggling with feelings of shame, anger, relief or guilt. I want you to know that whatever you are feeling is OK, and you don't have to navigate your emotions alone.

*IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS AND CONTEMPLATING SUICIDE, PLEASE CALL 988 TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE RIGHT AWAY*

Sometimes the things we see or experience in this life can feel overwhelming. Sometimes we make mistakes that we believe cannot be forgiven or rectified. If you are not in crisis at the moment but have had thoughts of suicide, please reach out. You are NOT alone, someone DOES care, and you MATTER.
