• $125 per 50min Session (Individual)
• $135 per 50min Session (Couples)

Insurance

We currently accept most Aetna, Cigna and Optum insurance plans.

We will bill your insurance company directly via our insurance proxy service, Alma (https://helloalma.com/). You will be provided a link to create a client portal within Alma's platform where you can pay any deductible or copayment required, view your appointment status and more.

PLEASE NOTE: After submitting your insurance information you will receive an email containing an estimated copay/coinsurance dollar amount. This estimate is based on the current going rate for therapy services in your area and may or may not be the actual amount you will be billed for services. The estimated amount may also be more than the self-pay rates listed for Amethyst Counseling. Please contact us for more information about your payment options!

If we are not in network with your insurance plan we can provide you a receipt to submit for insurance reimbursement.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards, including HSA or FSA as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
